These terms cover this website. They are not your client agreement.
This site describes consulting services offered by Melissa Cikara, dba Let's Conspire, based in Portland, Oregon, United States.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Work is done under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls anything described here.
Engagement pricing is set in your individual proposal and agreement, not on this site. All amounts are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
No payment is taken on this website. There is no checkout, no cart, and no payment form here.
When you do pay for work, payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe. They are never stored on my systems, and I never see your full card number.
This site is served over HTTPS. Invoices and any payment links are issued through Stripe, so payment always happens on Stripe's own secure pages rather than here.

I provide strategic and operational support. I don't guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, profit, or result. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
I am not an attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or licensed therapist, and nothing here is a substitute for professional legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
The writing, images, logo, and design on this site belong to Let's Conspire. Please don't reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.
Work I create for a client belongs to that client on full payment. My own systems, workflows, templates, frameworks, prompts, processes, and methods remain mine.
This site may link elsewhere. I'm not responsible for anyone else's content or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
